    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team covering Southern Minnesota and Northwest Iowa. This role is based out of our Owatonna branch and focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while driving sales growth across the territory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers in Southern Minnesota and Northwest Iowa
    • Conduct regular in-person visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
    • Promote and sell welding equipment, industrial gases, specialty gases, bulk atmospheric gases, safety supplies, and related products
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
    • Deliver a small number of cylinders via company vehicle when the need arises
    • Work closely with branch staff to coordinate customer service, deliveries, and product support
    • Maintain accurate records of customer activity in CRM tools

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or welding supply industries
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when handling customer product deliveries
    • Knowledge of welding processes, industrial gases, or safety products is a plus Benefits:
