About the Role:

Join Caring Companions, LLC as a CNA, HHA or PCA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients within the Windsor and surrounding town areas. Seeking those who are passionate, reliable and want to make a difference in a senior's life.

This specific assignment will need a caregiver who understands the importance of overnight shifts. All overnight shifts are awake shifts. You will be providing care for a client who will need stand by assistance during the night and ensure safety at all times. Assist with morning care and morning routine.

To be considered:

• Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a professional caregiver
• Punctual
• Reliable
• Personable
• Can work independently and as a team member

Hiring ASAP: Hours: 9pm-9am $17-$19/hour Shift Option #1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Shift Option #2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Shift Option #3: Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.

Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification or HHA.

Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move clients safely.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.

Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
