OXOS is searching for a FLUTTER MOBILE/WEB DEVELOPER FOR THE FRONT-END UI/UX OF OUR FLAGSHIP TELE-MEDICINE AND PORTAL APPLICATIONS. The OXOS platform connects our hardware medical devices, medical software processing, and front end tele-medicine and portal applications. The position includes evaluating multi-platform development technologies and libraries as well as defining application architecture. After choosing technologies, the candidate will develop a multi-platform code base that generates a web, iOS, and android application. Additionally, the candidate will also contribute feedback and recommendations for dev ops features and implementations.

OXOS is searching for candidates that are seasoned and passionate front end developers with in-depth skills in multi-platform development. The candidate should be comfortable with providing guidance, strategy, and deciding on best practices for our front end applications.

The complete front end solution will utilize a combination of the following skills and experience. Candidates with all skills preferred, but not required.

TECHNOLOGIES: FLUTTER, android, iOS, web, linux, oauth

LANGUAGES: DART, java, kotlin, swift, objective c, javascript, HTML5, bash

REGULATIONS (A PLUS): HIPAA, IEC 62304, HiTrust

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement a multi-platform application targeting web and mobile platforms
• Develop the logical and technical architecture for the client applications
• Provide hands-on development
• Evaluate new and existing client technologies and methodologies
• Serving as leader and subject matter expert in front end application development
• Recommend improvements to technology and processes that increase the effectiveness of the team
• Creates proof of concepts to determine the viability of new or different technologies
• Provide mentorship for senior engineers and leaders
• Help recruit world-class engineering talent
• Facilitate collaborative design discussions and drive design reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

• This is mid level position and only experienced developers should apply
• BS/MS in Computer Science related field or equivalent related professional experience
• 6 years of software development experience
• 3 years of web and mobile application development
• Proven hands-on experience with web and mobile application development
• Demonstrated experience with full-stack software development a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think from first principles
• Desire to operate with freedom and accountability
• Ability to lead through ambiguity
