    OYO IS LOOKING FOR SEASONED BUSINESS LEADERS TO DRIVE AND EXECUTE ON GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY STRATEGIES FOR THE US BUSINESS. AS PART OF THE CENTRAL SUPPLY TEAM, YOU WILL DRIVE ACHIEVEMENT AGAINST THE TWO MOST CRITICAL METRICS - HOTEL ROOM ADDITIONS AND PROFITABILITY INCREASES. YOU WILL BUILD AND LEAD A TEAM TO AUGMENT OYO’S B2B MARKETING PRESENCE WITH THE GOAL TO DRIVE LEAD GENERATION AND ENHANCE OVERALL BRAND AWARENESS AMONG THE ASSET OWNERS/ PARTNERS. 

    A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMBINE A BOLD STRATEGIC VISION WITH AN EXECUTION MINDSET, EXPERIENCE IN DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING, EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND A STRONG SENSE OF OWNERSHIP.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • BE THE STRATEGIC LEADER, OWNER AND DRIVER OF ALL B2B MARKETING INITIATIVES.

    • BUILD A TEAM OF PASSIONATE, DEDICATED INDIVIDUALS TO DELIVER ON THE CORE OBJECTIVES OF GENERATING LEADS AND ENHANCING OYO’S BRAND WITHIN THE ASSET OWNER COMMUNITY.

    • TAKE COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF MARKETING OPS AND INTEGRATION WITH LEAD GEN CAMPAIGNS SO THAT WE CAN TRACK END TO END GTM FOR EACH REGION. 

    • DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT OWNER LOYALTY PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE OWNERS. 

    • IMPLEMENT AN OWNER REFERRAL PROGRAM.

    • DRIVE PARTNERSHIP DISCUSSIONS WITH KEY INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS AND ASSET OWNER GROUPS. 

    • RUN CAMPAIGNS TARGETING THE ASSET OWNERS TO SHARE OYO VALUE PROP MORE EFFECTIVELY.

    • IMPLEMENT A DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY TO GENERATE MORE LEADS AND ENHANCE THE OYO BRAND. 

    • COLLABORATE WITH REGIONAL P&L LEADERS TO HOST OWNER CONCLAVES ON A PERIODIC BASIS.

    • SYNTHESIZE AND COMMUNICATE ACHIEVEMENTS AND PLAN FOR OYO'S SENIOR MOST LEADERSHIP.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • MBA OR ADVANCED DEGREE IN A RELATED FIELD

    • 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN STRATEGIC BUSINESS ROLES OR MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, WITH A PROVEN ABILITY TO DELIVER RESULTS

    • EXPERIENCE IN OWNING AND DRIVING LEAD GEN AND ENTIRE MARKETING FUNNEL FOR B2B BUSINESSES

    • EXPERIENCE IN DRIVING PARTNERSHIP DISCUSSIONS

    • EXPERIENCE IN DETAILED ANALYTICS AND DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING

    • EXCELLENT BUSINESS JUDGMENT AND A PRACTICAL, COMMON SENSE APPROACH TO GETTING THINGS DONE

    • COMFORT IN STRUCTURING AND TACKLING AMBIGUOUS PROBLEMS

    • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, PARTICULARLY THE ABILITY TO INFLUENCE STAKEHOLDERS AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP
