Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Be the face of OYO, generating sales and new business opportunities through prospecting, scheduling appointments and in-person meetings
Drive quarterly and annual sales meeting revenue targets for a defined territory
Deliver on key strategic market and catchment research
Identify key partnership properties
Build and cultivate relationships with property owners, delivering on OYO’s mission and vision
Own the end-to-end business development, including planning and building short-term and long-term sales pipelines
Utilize CRM software daily to report on and track sales calls via the sales funnel
Cross-functional sales and implementation of new accounts collaborating and coordinating with internal teams
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED:
2+ years of total experience
1 + years consistent outside sales experience
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Driver’s license required
Comfortable traveling regionally a majority of the day

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills
Can work independently or as a team in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to work in undefined situations
Experience in early stage start-up environments is an advantage
Discipline and rigor - athletes and veterans welcome
Comfortable solving challenges and recovering from setbacks quickly
Note: This is an individual contributor role not a people manager
