Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for a degreed Sales Recruiter to join our already established recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be driven, professional, friendly, outgoing, and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Someone with staffing or recruiting experience in addition to true headhunting experience is preferred. Candidates must feel confident using recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Resume Books, Monster, CareerBuilder, FaceBook, etc...).
What you will be doing:
Corporate Sales Recruiters will be responsible for their assigned markets recruiting gainfully employed and confidentially looking candidates using a variety of recruiting techniques such as mining resumes on job boards, internet and social media search, career service websites, and true headhunting. This person will also be responsible for some human resources functions, including drug testing, background check, reference checks, etc. Minimal travel may be required along with public speaking at Universities and professional organizations that OYOsponsors.

Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelors Degree Required
Experience:
• 1-5 years of recruiting/staffing experience is strongly preferred with a focus on the recruitment of sales professionals.
