    Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and disciplining of all front of the house staff. • Always ensuring a high level of quality and consistency of products and service • Establishing and maintaining a TEAM environment that displays a high level of energy, engagement, and builds ownership • Maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and safety that meets Club standards and complies with government regulations • Develop Wine, Liquor and Beer Menus • Develop standardized drink recipes and preparations • Achieving desired results relative to the management of beverage and labor costs • Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and repaired • Ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate beverage and linen inventory levels • Planning and execution of all events. • Achieving desired results relative to the management of beverage and labor costs • Perform daily and pre-function line-up, instructing servers and bartenders on food and service details for special menus and events • Inspect tables ensuring chairs, silverware, glassware, plates, napkins and centerpieces are free of stains and spots and set symmetrically • Report any damages or replacements needed • Have and maintain Florida Food Handler’s managers certification • Complete Nightly reports and financial paperwork. • Assist with Facility Setup for Events (Moving Furniture) • Management of Beverage Inventories and Monthly submission of completed Beverage inventory reports. • Maintain a safe environment such as wiping up spills and reporting any safety hazards • Preform Clubhouse opening and closing duties ensuring all areas are secured as directed

    Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years experience as dining supervisor or manager in a full service restaurant/banquet-catering facility • Impeccable Service Standards, clean work habits with a great attention to detail. • Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while always maintaining a sense of humor and appearing calm. • Always present a highly professional appearance and demeanor • Demonstrates a strong desire to exceed member and guest expectations • Strong leadership abilities including passion for employee training/development. • Ability to foster an environment where team members are engaged and have a sense of ownership • Proven ability to lead a staff and positively influence employee behavior. • Must have excellent verbal communication skills • Passion for and commitment to the hospitality industry. • Well organized with acute time management skills • Demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications • Previous private club experience

    Working Conditions: Subject to providing service inside and outside as required.

    Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverage safely and smoothly, demonstrating balance. Must be able to assist in room sets and room reconfigurations. Employees will lift 20 – 25lbs frequently and up to 25lbs occasionally, including dining room chairs and tables, living room furniture (with assistance), and boxes of supplies. Must be able to stand for 10- 12 hours.

    Work week and Hours: Position Requires 50 hours or more per week. Typical Work Week, hours may vary
