The Producer leads the process of taking our new products and features from the initial concept to delivery. Acting as Project Manager/Owner, you'll be able to leverage your technical, business, and communication skills to improve the process of building and delivering the most cutting-edge games in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• PRO-ACTIVELY ASSESS AND PROVIDE RESOURCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS in concert with internal/external teams and Executives
• Assist with BUDGETS AND COST FORECASTS
• PLAN DELIVERY with Marketing, PR and other teams as needed to assure success
• IDENTIFY AND RESOLVE ISSUES relating to scheduling, cost, and others related to project management
• Suggest/assist in PROCESS IMPROVEMENT initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 YEARS AS PRODUCER with a AAA game studio or very similar business
• 2+ SHIPPED PRODUCTS with production credit.
• SCRUM, KANBAN, AND/OR WATERFALL 
• Current or very recent experience working as part of a TEAM OF 5 OR MORE
• ENJOYS A CHALLENGE, manages tight deadlines successfully 
• Familiarity and understanding of project budgeting and cost projections, and the importance of meeting targets and objectives
• Have been in build/play dev environment
