ADVISOR - ESTIMATED 12 MONTH CONTRACT DESCRIPTION Seeking an Advisor, Corporate Communications, a multifaceted role supporting the Corporate Communications team, which oversees Content, Executive Communications and Media Relations. THIS INCLUDES COPY EDITING FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL AS IT RELATES TO:

• Stories on internal and external channels
• News releases
• Videos (text, including captions)
• Executive communications, including emails, speeches and presentations

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Mock-up and publication of stories for the company intranet
• Management of distribution lists for assorted media mailboxes
• Solicitation of employee questions (creating, testing, compiling and organizing) for executive Q&A
• Push notifications for the employee communications app
• Video uploads
• Compilation of team’s weekly progress report

We are looking for candidates who are hardworking and have high standards. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• College degree
• Copy editing at a news organization and/or in the corporate setting
• Strong digital skills, including with various publishing platforms
