General Function
To support Bakery operations by maintaining the loading dock and freezers in a sanitary and temperature appropriate condition. Fill daily frozen orders, put away products in freezers and storage areas wrap skids.
Responsibilities:
Load & unload trucks
Conduct Trailer inspections
Complete required paperwork
Complete assigned Sanitation tasks
Responsibility to ensure safe quality food.
Verify contents of shipment against original order and invoice
Qualifications :
Willingness to comply with GMP's and Food safety requirements. Ability to follow written and or verbal instructions to Specifications. Ability to accurately fill out required Shipping & Receiving paperwork. Ability to move and lift objects up to 75 lbs.
Able to wear required Uniforms & PPE
Able to climb, bend reach and perform repetitive motions.
Able to work in temperature extremes and stand for a 12-hour shift. Ability to operate Powered lift trucks.
Maintain a steady work pace.
