Oaknoll is looking for a talented, reliable, experienced cook to work full-time with our award winning Executive Chef. This position will include some weekends and some weekday/evening shifts and holidays. Shifts generally end by 8:00 p.m. Come build a future with us! Responsibilities include: *Prepare and cook food items as prescribed *Prepare cooking areas; maintain a clean and safe kitchen *Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils. Minimum Requirements: *Associate's degree in culinary arts or minimum one year experience as a line cook *Basic cooking knowledge and knife skills *Good customer service skills with diverse clients and dietary needs/preferences *Experience working with the elderly and/or in food service is a plus.
