Benefits of being on the Oakpoint team: • Health, Vision, 401k with match and Dental Insurance • Malpractice Insurance covered by the employer • CE course reimbursement • Busy office • Partnership after 1 year Responsibilities: • Assess the patients’ overall dental health and look for presence of dental diseases, by thoroughly examining the patients’ teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments • Conduct work that is compliant with office policies and procedures; safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines; and infection and infectious diseases control standards • Identify oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including cleanings, restoration, root canals, and surgical extractions • Instruct patients on the use of recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as dentures and retainers and educate on the importance of good oral hygiene • Coordinate and perform preventive dental care treatments such as sealants, x-rays, flossing, fillings, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated Qualifications: • Current and unrestricted state license in good standing • Familiarity with computers • Great communication skills and bedside manner are vital • Requires CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications • Advanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is helpful • 2+ years of experience Compensation: $200,000
