We're hiring an Executive Assistant to join the team for OPCO CA Skilled Management in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a dynamic high-energy environment and is organized, resourceful, and a good problem solver. Our goal at OPCO CA Skilled Management is to deliver management services to skilled nursing facilities that support the customer service experience in healthcare. In this position, you will learn about the long-term care industry.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:

    • Provide exceptional customer service via phone channels and other electronic communications.
    • Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own.
    • Answer phones, assist guests, coordinate with staff, support office team.
    • Manage vendor relationships, and coordinate ordering and stocking office supplies. 
    • Assist Executives and Office Personnel with planning and coordinating various company meetings and events, and schedule candidate interviews.
    • Manage scheduling of conference room reservations for shared resources.
    • Maintain awareness of day to day office schedule/events i.e., meetings, interviews, guests, absences, etc.
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Friendly and professional.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
    • Detail oriented- accurately process and record information ensuring data integrity.
    • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time.
    • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft functions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school or equivalent, required.
    • Experience working as an assistant- administrative and/or executive, required. 
    • Experience working in skilled or long-term care setting, preferred.
