Responsibilities: • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Qualifications: • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
