    We are currently seeking a seasoned and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills, possessing a deep understanding of property management principles and local real estate regulations. Responsibilities: Leasing and Marketing: • Effectively market available properties to attract tenants. • Screen and select qualified tenants through application processes. • Prepare and execute leases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Property Operations: • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to safety and maintenance standards. • Address and resolve tenant concerns and maintenance issues promptly. • Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and improvements. Financial Management: • Oversee rent collection, late fees, and financial reporting. • Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring optimal financial performance. • Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Tenant Relations: • Cultivate positive tenant relations through effective communication and conflict resolution. • Enforce lease terms and address violations in a fair and consistent manner. • Conduct regular meetings with tenants to gather feedback and address concerns. Project Management: • Work with contractors to develop/ obtain SOW for upcoming projects and rehabs. • Oversee and maintain budgets. • Make decisions confidently and quickly on projects keeping budget, timeline, and exit strategy in mind. Legal Compliance: • Stay updated on local and state regulations related to property management. • Ensure all properties adhere to legal requirements and safety standards. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management. • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in property management software and Google Drive. • Drive and desire for growth. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
