Responsibilities: • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher Compensation: 20 - 25 hourly
