Responsibilities: • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints Contract Management: • Prepare, review, and manage purchase and sale agreements. • Ensure that all contracts and documents are accurately completed and signed by the relevant parties. Timeline Management: • Monitor timelines outlined in the purchase agreements to ensure compliance with deadlines for inspections, appraisals, and other contingencies. Communication: • Serve as a liaison between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues. Document Preparation and Submission: • Collect, organize, and submit all necessary documents to the appropriate parties, such as title companies, escrow officers, and lenders. • Ensure that all required disclosures and legal documents are properly completed and submitted. Due Diligence: • Coordinate and track the completion of due diligence activities, including property inspections, appraisals, and surveys. Title and Escrow Coordination: • Work closely with title companies and escrow officers to ensure a smooth and timely closing process. • Address any title issues that may arise and facilitate the resolution of such issues. Transaction File Management: • Maintain organized transaction files and documentation for each real estate deal. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Problem Resolution: • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process. • Collaborate with relevant parties to find solutions and keep the transaction on track. Regulatory Compliance: • Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations to ensure transactions comply with legal requirements. • Assist in ensuring that all transactions adhere to ethical and legal standards. Closing Coordination: • Coordinate the closing process, including the signing of documents, disbursement of funds, and transfer of property ownership. Record Keeping: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions for future reference and audit purposes. Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
