    Job Description

    We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Track incoming referrals, verify insurance, and send referrals on to the clinical director.
    • Submit insurance authorization forms.
    • Answer inbound telephone calls.
    • Perform other clerical tasks.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in medical billing, medical records, or other related fields.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • ​Strong organizational skills.

    **SALARY DEPENDENT ON LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE.
