    Job Description

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, accounting, and/or like to work with numbers • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Reliable transportation

    CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints: bi-lingual in Spanish a plus • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve invoice issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proactive and can-do attitude with a focus on customer service • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Superior time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Independent and self-motivated (a good work ethic) • Commitment to teamwork and flexibility • Can work well with others
