Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their office supply and IT equipment requirements. Job Type: Full-time (ONSITE) • Pay: $47,500 - $75,000 yearly (base + Commission) Expected hours: 34 per week Responsibilities: • Generate sales and create relationships through outbound calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities. • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers. • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors. Qualifications: • No Sales Experience Required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Basic knowledge of office supplies and IT equipment is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances. Compensation: $47,500 - $75,000 yearly base + Commission
