Responsibilities: • Create personalized lesson plans based on each student's proficiency level and educational goals • Conduct one-on-one Oboe, Flute, and Saxophone lessons to enhance students' musical abilities • Provide constructive criticism and encouragement to help students improve their playing technique and musical interpretation • Assist students in thorough preparation for performances, competitions, and auditions to demonstrate their growth and talent • Communicate with parents or guardians to review student progress and address any questions or concerns Qualifications: • Have advanced skills in playing the Oboe, Flute, and Saxophone, and a strong musical background • Previous experience in teaching, preferably within the field of music education • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required • Availability to work during nights and weekends is necessary • Candidates must have a degree in music or be working on completing a degree Compensation: $36 hourly
