Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $230,000 – $250,000 annually (up to $275,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- Productivity Bonus: $40 per visit beyond 3,800 visits annually
- CME: $2,500 annual reimbursement and 5 paid CME days
- Medical Insurance: 100% premium coverage for employee-only on the Domestic plan; additional plan options available

- Schedule: Monday – Friday outpatient clinic with shared call coverage
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care to women of all ages
- Manage prenatal, delivery (optional), postpartum, and gynecological care
- Hospital affiliation with Advent Health for deliveries (not mandatory)
- Conduct routine in-office procedures and collaborate on complex care
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Participate in on-call rotation shared among providers
- Collaborate with mid-level providers, including APRNs and midwives
- Support quality improvement initiatives and FQHC compliance standards
Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Florida medical license and DEA registration
- Experience in community health or FQHC settings is a plus
- Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is preferred but not required
