    Job Description

    Ocasa inc is seeking for Operations Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the Operations department. Duties include but are not limited to:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the import/export of shipments and related activities in accordance with customer's requests, and/or company objectives.
    • Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.
    • Coordinate with customers, agents and vendors.
    • Prepare, distribute, and/or process all required documentation including AWB, BOL’s, invoices, export declarations (EEI), import documentation, as required.
    • Create, and maintain detailed shipment files.
    • Monitors shipments and keep all parties informed of shipment status at all times.
    • Knowledge of customs regulations, and processes for timely movement of all Import freight.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must be detail oriented.
    • Ability to work in fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
    • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of apparel industry preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications- Outlook, Excel, Word.
    • Knowledge of SAP systems preferred.
    • Prior experience in Import/Export Logistics required.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
