This position is a contract assignment — you will be an employee of Gohanna Staffing Solutions, LLC, providing occupational health nursing services.
This is an ideal role for a nurse who enjoys outpatient clinic work, values professionalism, and wants consistent weekday environments without hospital shift demands.
Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Health RN will provide clinical support through a wide range of occupational and preventive health services, including:
Conducting walk-in assessments and triage for employee health concerns
Providing first-aid evaluation and follow-up recommendations for workplace injuries
Performing routine clinical screenings (vitals, wellness assessments, etc.)
Supporting occupational health surveillance programs as directed
Administering and supporting immunizations and injections
Maintaining accurate confidential medical documentation and records
Working closely with the onsite nurse and clinic staff
Upholding a high standard of professionalism and clinical judgment in a clinic setting

Required Qualifications (Must Meet All)
To be considered, applicants must meet the contract’s minimum qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible to practice in Kentucky
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)— required
- Emergency Department (ER)
- Critical Care
- Urgent Care
- Ambulatory Care
Minimum 2 years of employment in an Occupational Health Clinic (required)
Current BLS certification
Ability to successfully complete required onboarding, background screening, and facility access processes
Ability to complete required training within designated timelines
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following are strong pluses:
Experience with employee health programs, return-to-work processes, or workers’ compensation cases
Familiarity with OSHA-related occupational health standards
Certification such as COHN/COHN-S
Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
