What Occupational Therapist Team Lead will do:

Lead OT staff, students, and program development
Stay hands-on with patient care (assessments, care plans, therapy)
Deliver individual and group therapy in a behavioral health setting
Collaborate across clinical teams to drive whole-person outcomes
Mentor, train, and support team members
Help evolve and strengthen clinical programming

What credentials the Occupational Therapist Team Lead should possess:

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
~5+ years of OT experience
Behavioral health or acute care experience (2+ years preferred)
Active (or eligible) Colorado OT license
Someone who enjoys leading AND doing
Bilingual a plus
