About the Role:

Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills

Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs

Utilize therapeutic modalities and assistive technology to support patient rehabilitation goals

Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist

NBCOT certification (OTR) required or in process

Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings preferred

Strong knowledge of ADL training, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation techniques

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic
