    Key Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA):

    Assist in conducting client assessments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

    Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques

    Support clients in achieving their functional goals through therapeutic activities

    Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

    Provide education and guidance to clients and caregivers

    Document services accurately and in a timely manner, following regulatory and company standards

    Uphold professional and ethical practice requirements

    Requirements for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA):

    Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

    Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

    Commitment to client-centered, evidence-based care

    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable)
