    About the Role

    Avant Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic therapy team in northwest Arizona. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients, helping them regain essential daily living skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
    • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques for continued progress.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
    • Participate in professional development and mentorship programs.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate required).
    • Arizona OT License (Required).
    • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (Required).
    • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations (Preferred).
    • Experience with individuals with physical disabilities and multilingual abilities (Preferred).
