Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation and functional recovery. You will begin with a part-time schedule while building your caseload and transition into a full-time role as patient demand increases.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience • Experience in Orthopedics and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation • Strong background in functional and exercise-based treatment approaches

Preferred Clinical Skills • Manual therapy techniques • Graston Technique • Kinesiology Taping • Cupping therapy • Hand therapy experience • CHT strong plus

Professional Qualities • Patient-first, compassionate care approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset • Solution-driven and proactive patient care • Adaptable to schedule and clinic demands • Interest in contributing to clinic growth and community outreach
