    Clinic Details:

    • Outpatient orthopedic clinic conveniently located within the Medical City Alliance campus

    • Services include orthopedic and post-operative rehab, hand therapy, and sports medicine

    • Collaborative environment with Physical Therapists and support staff

    • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence

    • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and home programs

    • Collaborate with referring physicians and the rest of the clinical team to ensure coordinated care

    • Document patient progress in accordance with state, federal, and company guidelines

    • Provide occasional oversight and cosign documentation for COTAs as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

    • Current Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
