Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to support students across school settings in Lorain and Parma, OH. This role offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' development and success.

Schedule & Duration

Lorain, OH: Approximately 12 hours per week

Parma, OH: Approximately 20 hours per week

Total: ~32 hours per week

Duration: Through the end of the current school year

Extension: Potential renewal for the next school year

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services based on IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and assessments

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Requirements

Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License (required)

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Work Setting

Preferred: In-person services (higher hourly rate offered)

Alternative: Virtual services may be considered for the current school year only (Note: Virtual candidates are not eligible for extension into the next school year)

Travel Requirements

Travel between assigned school locations in Lorain and Parma is required

Mileage reimbursement is provided
