Key Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist (OT):
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client goals
Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Provide education, support, and recommendations to clients and caregivers
Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements of an Occupational Therapist (OT):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to client-centered, evidence-based practice
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable)
