    What You'll Do:

    • Deliver client-centered OT services tailored to individual goals

    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

    • Document progress, develop treatment plans, and maintain compliance

    • Travel locally to provide in-home therapy sessions (mileage reimbursed)

    • Conduct patient evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans

    • Develop and implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities

    • Collaborate with team of therapists, other professionals, and families to coordinate patient care

    • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises

    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records

    • Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Alaska

    • Pediatric experience preferred

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
