Job Description

Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services in a charter school setting for children in grades K-8.

The Occupational Therapist will:

• Evaluate students to determine strengths and areas of need.

• Develop IEP goals, implement therapy services, and monitor student progress using data and professional judgment.

• This position follows a school-day calendar and provides an opportunity to make a direct impact in an inclusive educational environment.

• Participate as an active member of the IEP team, collaborating with teachers, school staff, related service providers, and families to ensure coordinated support.

• Provide therapy to support students’ participation and success in school-based activities.

• Support skill development in fine motor, self-care, sensory processing, and other functional areas that impact learning and independence.

• Deliver direct therapy services, consultation, and progress monitoring in alignment with best practices and IEP requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

• Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License required.

• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings preferred.
