    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time.

    We’re looking for a caring and passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our in-home pediatric practice.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Licensed OTR/L in California

    Passion for working with children (pediatric experience preferred, but training available)

    Strong communication and family-centered mindset

    Creativity in treatment, adaptability

    Reliable transportation for in-home visits

    Ability to complete documentation of daily notes and evaluations within a timely manner

    Qualifications

    Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent organizational skills

    Good attention to detail

    The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
