    Occupational Therapist – Lowell, MA

    The Position: We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations, treatment, and support as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

    Schedule & Compensation:

    • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
    • $80,000–$107,000 based on experience
    • Outpatient Clinic - Community / Home Visits as Needed

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
    • Provide occupational therapy services in the clinic and participants’ homes as needed
    • Supervise and delegate to COTAs and Rehab Aides
    • Record and maintain documentation per protocol
    • Participate in care planning, staff meetings, and family meetings
    • Conduct home safety evaluations
    • Educate and counsel participants and families on therapy and safety
    • Assist with policies, workflow improvements, and program compliance
    • Must pass respirator fit test (no facial hair interfering with seal)
    • Frequent local travel
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
    • Current Massachusetts OTR/L License
    • CPR Certification (current or maintainable)
    • 1–2 years experience with the geriatric population preferred
    • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
    • COVID vaccination preferred
