In this role, you’ll plan, organize, and conduct therapy programs to support the development and rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, or emotional disabilities. Responsibilities:
Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and organize occupational therapy programs.
Provide home programming for patients and their families.
Recommend modifications to work or living environments.
Evaluate patient progress and prepare detailed reports.
Interact professionally with patients and families, involving them in treatment planning.
Maintain patient records in compliance with regulations.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain department cleanliness.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
Conduct training programs on therapy techniques.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive care.
Attend training sessions and meetings.
Participate in performance improvement activities.
Manage appointments and client sessions.
Support research projects and community education initiatives.

Qualifications:
CPR certification
Annual TB Skin test
Active Occupational Therapist License
Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, positive attitude
