Job Description

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health visits to patients in their homes. The OT will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide therapy to improve daily living skills and independence.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations

Provide occupational therapy treatments

Develop and follow care plans

Educate patients and caregivers

Complete documentation on time

Requirements

Active California Occupational Therapist License

Home health experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

CPR certification

Job Type Per Diem

Pay Competitive per visit rate
