Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 per year (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services. You will help patients develop or regain the skills necessary for daily living through customized treatment plans, exercises, and education—all within the familiarity of their own environment.
Perform initial and ongoing occupational therapy evaluations
Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals and physician recommendations
Assist patients in improving basic motor functions and daily life skills
Educate patients and caregivers on how to use adaptive equipment and techniques
Document all visits and maintain accurate, timely records
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and family members
Travel to patient homes as scheduled (vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed)
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Active Ohio OT license
CPR certification (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Vehicle provided for home visits
