Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Facility: Northside Hospital Forsyth, Cumming, Georgia

Contract length: 3 months

Accepting both Local and Travel Candidates!

Shift: Schedule 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Varies - 4 weekends per 4 weeks, holiday requirement
schedule of four ten-hour days: Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Friday.
Options for hours could be 7-5:30 or 8-6:30

Unit: Acute Care

Requirements:

• Supporting acute care patients from physician orders throughout the hospital. Supports a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU patients, stroke/neurological, orthopedics, and general debility.
• One Chart - Cerner
• GA Licensed OT
• AHA BLS
• Minimum of 15-18 months of recent experience within the specialty.
