Romet Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist in Tampa FL Metro Region, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient mobility and quality of life. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess patient needs, strengths, and goals.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills, independence, and quality of life.

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities in the home environment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Monitor and document patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and strategies to support recovery and independence.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.

Stay current with emerging practices and innovations in occupational therapy through ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

Active Florida Occupational Therapist License (Required)

Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed.
