About the Role:

Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as an Occupational Therapist PRN and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients in the Tampa Bay area and Plant City. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust plans as needed.

Educate clients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy journey.

Requirements:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida.

Home Health experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and families.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.

AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
