About the Role
As a Part/Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence, enhance functional abilities, and improve their quality of life. You will perform evaluations, create customized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based OT techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily living skills, fine motor skills, cognitive function, and upper extremity strength.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive equipment, and strategies to maximize independence.
Collaborate closely with other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with practice standards.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and occasional community outreach activities.
Qualifications
Valid and current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong clinical knowledge of evidence-based OT practices, tools, and rehabilitation techniques.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient-engagement skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail with reliable documentation and organizational skills.
