    Speak To Me is a growing, multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy clinic located in Mooresville, NC. We provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services in a supportive, team-oriented environment.     Position Overview

    We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our fun, collaborative, and creative team! This is a clinic-based position working with the pediatric population (ages 0–18).

    Our approach focuses on treating the whole child using a Sensory Integration (SI)–based treatment model, along with a variety of evidence-based techniques. We emphasize collaboration with families, therapists, and community partners to deliver highly individualized care.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience required (2+ years preferred)

    Experience with Sensory Integration (SI) therapy

    OTR/L credentials required

    Current North Carolina OT license

    Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check

    Responsibilities

    Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    Complete timely daily documentation

    Participate in monthly team meetings

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (PTs, SLPs, community partners, etc.)

    Partner with families to provide education, coaching, and home programming

    Job Requirements

    Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

    Licensed (or eligible) in the state of North Carolina

    Pediatric experience preferred

    Energetic, creative, and proactive mindset

    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
