The Opportunity

Boost Home Healthcare is a Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited agency in Brookline. We are looking for one exceptional OT to join our ground-floor team. If you want supplemental income without the red tape of a large corporation, this role is built for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Conduct initial OT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care under physician orders

Provide skilled occupational therapy focused on ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, home safety, and functional independence

Reassess patient progress and modify plans of care every 30 days

Complete OASIS documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare and ACHC standards

Coordinate with the clinical team and patient's physician on care planning; supervise COTAs as needed per MA practice standards

What we’re looking for:

Active Massachusetts OT license in good standing

Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program

1+ year of home health or acute care experience preferred; motivated candidates with strong clinical backgrounds considered

Familiarity with Medicare OASIS documentation (training available)

Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance

Available for at least 2–4 visits per week (flexible on timing)
