Qualifications: • • Experience in conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive function. • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and physician directives. • Proven track record of delivering skilled occupational therapy interventions to enhance patient independence and safety. • Familiarity with conducting home safety assessments and recommending appropriate adaptive equipment. • Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and caregivers on disease management and assistive device usage. • Proficiency in completing required documentation, including OASIS assessments and progress notes, accurately and promptly. • Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and successful outcomes. Compensation: $55 - $75 hourly
