Job Type: Full-time (minimum 35 clients per week) | Part-time (minimum 15 clients per week)
Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Illinois Occupational Therapist License
Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist)
Experience working with children birth to 3 years old or in areas including:
Adaptive development and behavior
Sensory, motor, and postural development
Restorative and play-based therapy approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized occupational therapy services to children (birth to age 3) in their natural
environments (home or daycare)
Conduct initial evaluations/assessments, six-month reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with Early Intervention requirements
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals
Track, monitor, and document each child’s developmental progress
Provide family education and coaching to support strategies in daily routines
Create developmentally appropriate play-based activities tailored to each child’s needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
