Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Outpatient: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Home Health: Monday–Friday
Acute Care: Rotating weekends and holidays
Post-Acute: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Evaluate and assess patients with physical, developmental, and functional impairments
Develop individualized treatment plans and establish functional goals
Implement and modify therapeutic interventions to improve independence
Reduce risk of injury, disability, and functional limitations
Promote health, wellness, and safety across patient populations of all ages
Document patient progress and outcomes in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)
Active Florida Occupational Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Current AHA BLS certification (valid for at least 90 days post-hire)
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
