    Location: Primarily Hospital-Based (with potential for limited home care visits) Employer: Dynamic Health Care, Inc. Employment Type: Part-Time, 20-30 hours per week

    Position Summary:

    Dynamic Health Care, Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. This position will be primarily hospital-based, working with post-surgical and inpatient rehab patients to restore function, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. This role will also be responsible for supervising COTAs. If desired, there is an option to add home health visits in 3-4 months allowing for a diverse and rewarding clinical experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities, needs, and treatment goals.

    Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

    Provide interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills, mobility, and safety.

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

    Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment use.

    Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with company and hospital policies.

    Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).

    Licensure: Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan.

    Experience: Previous hospital experience preferred; home care experience a plus.

    Skills: Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient engagement skills.

    Other Requirements: EHR familiarity and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
