    Salary & Incentives

    • Base Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

    • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

    • Sign-on bonus available

    • Up to $25,000 student loan reimbursement

    • Total compensation potential: six figures annually with incentives and bonuses

    Clinic Details

    Our E. Pikes Peak Avenue clinic in Colorado Springs provides specialized orthopedic rehabilitation with a strong focus on hand and upper extremity care. The clinic is fully equipped for splinting, manual therapy, and advanced modalities. We foster a collaborative team environment where PTs, OTs, and support staff work closely to deliver individualized care.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity and general orthopedic conditions

    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic activities, modalities, and patient education

    • Communicate effectively with referring physicians and team members

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    • Participate in mentorship and clinical education programs

    • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) as needed

    • Deliver care in accordance with professional standards and ethics

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

    • Current Colorado OT license (or eligibility)

    • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred

    • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • New graduates with relevant fieldwork experience welcome to apply
